• Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out a contact or demo request form
• Messages or enquiries you send us via the contact form or email
• Account credentials if you sign up for a platform login

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address
• Pages visited, time spent, referral URLs, and click interactions
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from third parties:

• CRM integrations you connect (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshsales, LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, and other supported real estate CRMs) — for pushing enriched leads to your existing tools
• Lead enrichment and sourcing partners — used to identify and enrich real estate buyer/lead records with contact and firmographic data
• Publicly available data about real estate projects, leads, and market activity used to power our intelligence features

2. Contacts and Connections from Third-Party Sign-In

If you sign in or connect your account using Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, and you grant the relevant permission, we may import your contacts (from Google or Microsoft) or friends list (from Facebook) to help you identify potential leads within your existing professional network.

• This only happens if you explicitly authorise the relevant permission during OAuth sign-in — it is never collected without your consent
• Imported contact/connection data (name, email, phone, and profile identifiers where available) is used solely to power lead-matching and suggestion features within your account
• You can revoke this permission at any time from your connected account's third-party app settings (e.g. Google Account permissions, Facebook App settings) or by disconnecting the integration in Siggnals, which triggers deletion of the imported data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Siggnals platform and its features
• Identify and suggest potential leads, including via OAuth-authorised contacts or connections described in Section 2
• Respond to demo requests, enquiries, and support tickets
• Send product updates, feature announcements, and relevant industry insights (you may opt out at any time)
• Analyse usage patterns to improve our product experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in India and/or the EU, compliant with applicable data protection regulations, including Google Cloud Storage for file and document attachments. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Role-based access controls limiting who can access your data internally
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements, including cloud hosting and storage (Google Cloud Storage), payment processing (Razorpay), SMS and OTP delivery (MSG91, VivaConnect), and AI-based data processing (Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq)
• Lead enrichment partners: Trusted vendors used to enrich and validate lead records
• Business partners: Only with your explicit consent when integrating third-party CRM or data tools
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Siggnals or others
• Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer as part of that transaction

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
• Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months
• Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 36 months
• OAuth-imported contacts or connections (Section 2) are retained only while the relevant integration remains connected, and are deleted upon disconnection
