To help diagnose issues and provide support, authorised Siggnals personnel may, with reasonable safeguards and internal logging, temporarily access your account in a support capacity (including limited "impersonation" of your account view) to reproduce and resolve reported problems. This access is restricted to what is necessary for support purposes and does not permit unrestricted use of your Customer Data.
Siggnals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.

Access to certain features of Siggnals requires a paid subscription and/or a prepaid credit balance. Payments, including subscription fees and credit top-ups, are processed via our payment partner Razorpay; Siggnals does not store your card details. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. All fees are:
If you enable auto-recharge, Siggnals will automatically charge your saved payment method via Razorpay when your credit balance falls below a threshold you configure. You may disable auto-recharge at any time from your billing settings.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription.
Your use of Siggnals is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into Siggnals ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services. We will not use your Customer Data for any other purpose without your consent.
All content, features, and functionality on the Siggnals platform — including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of Muraad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Siggnals may integrate with third-party services such as CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), lead enrichment and data providers, SMS/OTP delivery providers (e.g. MSG91, VivaConnect), payment processing (Razorpay), and AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq) used to power our intelligence features. Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
If you connect Siggnals to your Google, Microsoft, or Facebook account and grant permission to import contacts or connections, that data is used and retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Siggnals platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Lead intelligence outputs are derived from AI models and publicly available data. They should be used as decision-support tools, not as definitive representations of fact.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muraad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Siggnals in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muraad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@siggnals.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve disputes amicably.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Siggnals after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
